Our Client wanted to create a relaxing outdoor living space for their young family. The surrounding area was set in vineyards and developing a landscape within this setting was a pleasure. The existing swimming pool was renovated and a hard wood decking installed. The east facing terrace was extended and a pergola was built to enjoy the morning sunshine. We moved several large mature olive trees and under planted these with lavender. Lawn areas were kept to a minimum and these were irrigated. We planted fruit trees in the lower area and cypress trees at the entrance area along with more lavender.
Surrounding the poolside we planted several palms, clump forming bamboo and phormium’s to create a lush tropical surround. Another terrace was constructed to the west for evening dinning and in all we created a usable pleasurable garden.
